I am a qualified behaviour change consultant (trainee behaviour analyst), who previously worked with children with behavioural problems, but have now expanded my expertise to the health and fitness industry to help improve and modify health behaviours of those wanting to lose weight, build lean muscle mass, or those who simply want to change their behaviours for the better in order to lead a healthier lifestyle.
I am currently a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, utilising my knowledge of behaviour change into her services, with a passion for training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle herself. I have lived with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 3, and using both my knowledge and personal experience, I work closely with those who have type 1 and type 2 diabetes, to help improve healthy behaviours to compliment effective diabetes management and control. I am proud to be well known in the diabetes industry for my Seminar talks, social media campaigns and successfully helping so many people. I have volunteered for multiple diabetes charities, been lucky enough to feature on multiple newspaper articles, and have won awards for my work.
I have a passion for helping people both with and without diabetes to achieve their health-related goals, focusing on building and maintaining healthy habits, whilst setting achievable goals.
