Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor
I have been working within the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for the past 6 years. My own change in body composition is what drove me to invest in a career to help others do the same. However, it is the personal touch I use which keeps my clients on track.
I understand that it takes more than just exercise and nutrition to make a lifestyle change, but also the motivation and enjoyment of the process. I simply do not believe in long term restrictions and endless nights in the gym after all, life should be all about balance.
