I have always had a passion for sport and keeping myself fit. I recognised that by living a healthy and active lifestyle, I reaped huge mental and physical benefits, this is what drove me to develop my knowledge further in the hope to support and make a positive impact on others. Having now been in the fitness industry for 7 years starting as a mobile PT in Oxfordshire, I have worked with a wide range of clients all with different abilities and backgrounds. Whether it is an introduction to training, injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal or preparation for an event, it would be a pleasure to help you reach these goals.
To me it has not always been about what I look like or training for aesthetic purposes. It is training to become fitter, more confident and stronger. To have a healthy social life but also being fit enough to climb a hill or smash out a few personal bests. I feel these attributes are crucial in leading a happy, balanced life. My ethos is to make sure you enjoy the training you do, it should never become a chore and always fulfil your potential.
