Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach
I have been in and around the fitness industry, since leaving school, firstly gaining qualification’s in sports coaching in Scotland, then furthering my education in Singapore, adding to my qualifications from back home. A fully qualified level 3 personal trainer, offering friendly 1:1 sessions, couples sessions as well as tailored nutrition management for anybody I work with. I have a passion for cooking and you’ll be equipped with not just my recipes, but also my how to videos that will help keep you on track through tasty food!
My aims are to help individuals from little to no fitness experience, to individuals performing at the highest level achieve their goals and help to promote/coach a more positive outlook when at the gym, as well as daily life. Through the use of challenging, yet varied sessions, i’ll ensure you push your self to your maximum potential In every session, and more importantly, with a smile on your face.
