I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years providing one to one sessions, group sessions and nutritional advice to many. My aim is to help individuals achieve and exceed their personal goals in a fun and supporting environment, no matter what level of fitness you may be.
I am passionate about nutrition, helping my clients change their relationship with food by giving them an understanding of their diet and busting any myths that are out there. My core philosophy is based around promoting a good foundation of food and exercise education together with lots of motivation to help you reach your goals.
