Hey! I’m Beth but you can call me Pez, I have lived a life which has always had fitness incorporated into it, whether it has been playing for several sports teams, going down an educational route in college and university specialising in fitness, teaching PE in schools and being a Sports Coach across Lancashire.
I have taught and worked with all walks of life in England as well as New York and Australia; through this I have acquired a sound adaptability to tailor what is needed for groups/individuals to achieve the best outcome, understanding their ‘why’ and often succeed their goals!
Through the years, I have found that my confidence and vibrant energy facilitate a very positive learning environment, and I make it a priority that everyone feels comfortable and happy to participate in my sessions. I thrive off individuals realising their potentials no matter how big or small they may seem. I make a great cheerleader!
I am very invested in helping people achieve their goals, whether it is weight loss, gaining confidence to train in a gym, strength and physique or generally learn about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle as I have been through these myself. What is your goal? I will make it a priority to get you exactly where you want to be!
I can’t promise you’ll be the next Mr. Olympia or gold medallist Bikini Competitor, but what I can promise is that if you choose to work with me, you are sure to become the best version of yourself with a more positive outlook on your life.
