Basing the workout on power lifts and compound exercises, our coaches aim to help you to become better at stabilising your body whilst using weights, as well as improving your strength and power.
This class is aimed at BOTH males and females. Like any of our other classes, this workout will be yours to conquer, at whatever weight and pace you desire.
Your coach will be there to help educate you on useful movements, and to push you to new levels of ability once you’ve found your feet at your first sessions.
