Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness classes entail both bodyweight and equipment-based exercises designed to give you a full-body workout. The class focuses on improving your all-round fitness and ability by offering you a wide variety of exercises and session structures!

At Fitbox you will not repeat a workout as classes change every day! During these classes, our coaches will help you develop your technique and motivate you to push yourself to new levels of fitness.

Like all fitbox classes, anybody and everybody can attend, and alternatives will be offered wherever needed.
