Functional 30

This class is a 30 minute Functional Fitness session with both bodyweight and equipment-based exercises! The difference between these sessions and our standard Functional Fitness class is that you will jump straight into a short bodyweight workout which will replace a warm up, and then move onto the main part of your session which you will work with until your coach calls time. It’s all about making sure that your time spent working out is time friendly, but extremely effective.
