Boxing is a fantastic way to kick start the body into burning calories, through a continuous mix of punch combinations and bodyweight exercises. This type of dynamic training is perfect for dropping any unwanted body fat, whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness!
During the class, you will work with Punch Bags, Upper Body Exercises, Cardiovascular Exercises, Circuits and Partnered Pad Work.
Stress relief, enjoyable exercises and a good laugh along the way, always makes for a great workout!
